Menna Omar
Menna is an Egyptian legal researcher and lawyer. She joined the Legal Agenda in 2013 as a legal researcher. She has been a member of the General Assembly since 2015 and a Board member since 2016 and is currently the Board’s vice president. She is a member of the editorial team who edits the Egyptian articles published on the Legal Agenda’s website and in its magazine. She is currently a candidate for a Ph.D. in comparative law at the University of Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne in France. Her publications and research focus on criminal justice, fair trial, and the independence of the judiciary and legal professions
